Southern Coating has the best staff in the labeling business! No doubt about it - SCN's biggest asset is a highly devoted staff. The proof is in the building, as they say, with a long list of dedicated employees that can claim considerable longevity as employees of Southern Coating & Nameplate, Inc. Many of our employees have over 10 years, others over 20!
Under the proven leadership of Bob's son Mark Osborne, SCN runs smoothly and efficiently on a day to day basis due to its reliable and dedicated employees. SCN's proven and time-tested staff has proven over and over that they are simply the best in the business. Many customers have been absolutely shocked at the dedication and longevity of our employees after dealing with them one-on-one.
Working at SCN is a fun atmosphere. Our employee's look at Southern Coating & Nameplate, Inc. as simply a home away from home. As just an example - Christmas time at SCN is not unlike any big family Christmas you would find in any home. Scrooge certainly doesn't run the show here - as employees divide up thousands of dollars in Christmas gifts every year paid for by the company! For 2007 they even played "Deal of No Deal" with cash prizes at Christmas time - and everyone was a winner!
