Southern Coating has been doing embossing since the very beginning.
Sheet metal embossing is a process for producing raised or sunken designs or relief in sheet metal. This process can be made by means of matched male and female roller dies, or by passing sheet or a strip of metal between rolls of the desired pattern. Southern Coating has no problem embossing your logos for a very custom and nice look.
The nameplate below was produced by Southern Coating & Nameplate for Carrier Heat Pump Units using several of our techniques. The logo is embossed, printed and formed. It also has custom tabs built into it - a unique sample of several of our capabilities rolled into one.
